Aromatherapy can add a myriad of benefits to your massage.  Aromatherapy uses essential oils to support your body and mind.  Each essential oils have their own unique set of benefits and uses.

 

In general, aromatherapy can be administered in a few different ways.  Essential oils can be diffused into the air, applied topically, or ingested.  All of these usages have different benefits and cautions. 

 

In our clinic, we use essential oils topically, diluted into our massage lotions.  This allows us to seamlessly add the essential oils benefits into your massage.  You will occasionally see a diffuser running in our lobby as well.
